Synopsis

Lionel spends his days immersed in boredom and melancholy until a phone call from his father shakes him out of his tedium. So father and son set off on a journey across the Spanish Mediterranean coast to visit his older sister who lives in France. They will drive while laughing, arguing, talking and crying to rediscover what it means to be a family. Along the way, they will realise that everything that repels them is at the same time the very thing that unites them.
